Aeolus Vale is a town in Dragon Quest VII. In the past, the inhabitants have wings. Though, in the present, the inhabitants don't have wings. (With the exception of characters like the present day mayor, who had wings that are shortley after grown back and a girl in the past who didn't have wings). In the town, there are very long stair/cases, due to the past inhabitants not walking but flying around. This also might have to do with why the island is so big.
Notes:
- In present day Aeolus Vale, the Ventus Tower appears to the south of the island. The guards there say that Ventus Tower has been there for a long time, yet when the heroes travel there in the past, it is not there.
