An antnibbler is a monster in the Dragon Quest series.
Characteristics[]
Antnibblers are big anteater-like monsters with brown spiky fur, the only part of their body that doesn't have hair is the face. In the face he is shown to dark brown skin, red eyes and a wine red extensible tongue.

Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai[]
In the adventure of Dai series, two antnibblers are seen in the original manga. The first one is seen at Dermline Island in the manga and 1991 anime. When Deroline and the Fake Heroes kidnapped Gomechan, Dai used Magic Cylinder to catch some monsters, antnibbler included, and depart to Romos. There, Dai captured the priestess from the Fake Heroes group, Zulpon stripped her of her pants, boots and hat and released the antnibbler from the cylinder and ordered it to tickle her soles until she decided to answer all oof Dai's questions.
Another Antnibbler joined Chiu party during the Holy Ordeal Arc after being defeated by him and being tamed through the Beast King Whistle. His nickname is Alibaba and his number is 4, implying that it is the first monster Chiu tammed offscreen, as the number 3 Seabei was the last one tamed onscreen.
