The Cirrus surplice is a garment that must be placed on the statue in the Sanctum of the Cirrus to awaken the Wind Spirit.
Additionally it can be equipped by Maribel, Ruff, and Sir Mervyn, granting them a bonus of +38 defence and +48 style. It also grants them a 1/4 evasion bonus in battle.
