The Dreadmaster can use a physical attack, Crackle and Zammle, as well as Double Trouble, which is effectively the same as Falcon Slash. He can also Psyche Up, which can be dangerous when done twice or more in a row, so the party should defend to reduce damage from his next attack.
The Dreadmaster is a fairly easy boss, and simply attacking and healing when necessary is enough to take him down.
