Bugsy is a high-ranking member of the Plob and a member of the Woodlums. She does the most talking, even jumping in front of the other two when she's first introduced. Despite all of this, she is not actually the leader of the Woodlums. She will challenge you to a tank battle inside the Carrot Top, the most dangerous part of this battle is the carrot she can fire at you. It's relatively predictable and can be stopped, she even tells you when she's going to fire it, but if it does connect it will do a lot of damage. She holds Goosashi captive.
