This shop is only available after acquiring the Ultimate key in Gortress. When you enter the building behind the old man's item shop, you'll see a walled off section on the left. You should be able to spot the the location of the door from that room and then go round the outside to enter it.
You won't be able to see the door from the outside because there's no camera rotation allowed in this area.

Trivia[]
- Dourbridge is most likely a combination of the town Stourbridge in England and the word "Dour"
- If you zoom to Dourbridge, you will not land on Dourbridge region, but at Slurry Coast, the west gateway of the town.
- The Old Man who runs the town's Item Shop claims his goods are at knock-down prices, however some of his wares (like Magic Water for example) cost more than at other Item shops, like Port Llaffan's. If one visits his shop at night, they can listen to a conversion between the Shop Owner and the pink-haired girl who lives in the building behind his shop. The conversion reveals she is his "girlfriend". She has apparently been trying to sweet talk her "boyfriend" (though it would be more appropriate to call him her "sugar daddy") into buying her a Princess's Robe (a rare and costly item) and later a Prayer ring, thus possibly explaining why his prices are high (as he needs the money to keep her happy).
