Flucifer (オン・ゾ・エーグ On Zo Ēgu), also known as The Dark One (大魔王, Daimaō) is the main villain and threat for Slimenia in Rocket Slime.
Flucifer can be re-fought after beating the game. By doing that the player gains two more Alchemy recipes.
Appearance[]
Flucifer's actual appearance is unknown, though he manifests by possessing Don Clawleone who gains a purple aura and a new colour palette to show his possession.
Biography[]
Princess Gluttonella summoned him by blowing the Flucifer's Flute (without even knowing about what could happen). Flucifer then possesses Don Clawleone and teleports out of the Flying Clawtress. Slival appears, telling Rocket that they have to join forces to defeat Flucifer. Then both go challenge him with their tanks, but are easily defeated by Flucifer's giant flying tank. The Krak Pot united both Tanks to create the Gott Schliemen, which Rocket and Slival uses to fight Flucifer. After being defeated, he leaves Clawleone's body and everything goes back to normal.

- Flucifer's English name is derived from the words "flute" and Lucifer, a fallen angel who was cast out of Heaven after choosing not to obey God and starting a war in Heaven. Furthermore, his tank resembles a dragon which was said to be the form of Satan during Revelation.
- Flucifer is one of the few final bosses in Dragon Quest whose actual form is never seen. Much like Rhapthorne and Lord of Shadows, he relies on possessing other individuals to carry out his plans.
