The Zenithian armour is a recurring armour in the Dragon Quest series.

Dragon Quest IV[]
When the party visit Bath, they encounter the ghost of the town's legendary hero, Bladud, who tells them that his famous armour has been stolen by thieves. Later, in Porthtrunnel, a sailor in the harbour tells the party of a ship dealing in stolen goods, that sank in the northeastern seas. By following these clues, the party is able to locate the Briny Lair, a coastal cave on the northeastern coast near the Minikin's Dominion; the Zenithian armour lies at its depths.
The Zenithian armour has a defence bonus of +60, and protects against magical attacks. It can only be worn by the hero. Alongside the other pieces of the Zenithian Equipment, the armour is essential in order to reach Zenithia.
Dragon Quest V[]
The armour is stored in a side room in the entrance to Crocodilopolis, and the Ultimate Key is needed to retrieve it. When worn, it improves defence by 85 points, and reduces magic and breath damage by 30 points.
