Angelo learns two variants of Hallowed Arrow: a weaker variant to maintain difficulty balance in the early part of the game, and one that differs in name only.

Effect Restores 1/16th of damage dealt as MP
Learned 18 skill points in Bows

Seraph's Arrow
Cost 0 MP
Effect Restores 1/8th of damage dealt as MP
Learned 66 skill points in Bows

Dragon Quest IX

This ability is learned with 88 skill points allocated into Bow skill. It functions identically to Seraph's Arrow of the previous game, with a less priestly name.
