Name Description Found in Sell Price
Gleeban groat "A coin with no practical use, which will fetch a pretty penny if sold" 100
Gleeban guinea "A coin with no practical use, which will fetch a pretty penny if sold." 500
Gleeban gold piece "A coin with no practical use, which will fetch a pretty penny if sold." 1000

Trivia[]

  • Interestingly, Gleeba seems to have no relation to these coins.
  • In Dragon Quest 8 , There's coins with the same effect as the Gleeban Gold Coin, that can be obtained by fighting the overworld Monsters, used in Morrie's battle palace.
  • These coins in VIII are known as copper monster coins, silver monster coins and gold monster coins. (The harder the monster, the better the coin. Eg. Easy monster=copper monster coin, Medium monster=silver monster coin, Hard/er monster=gold monster coin.
