A Shabby cat (formerly Forester) is a monster who appears in VII.
Characteristics
In essence a humanoid demon in a catsuit, shabby cats pose little threat as attackers. What makes them more of an annoyance is that they can call up dust storms to blind their foes. This ability therefore makes the shabby cat very dangerous in mobs, as they can attack unhindered, Crowd-control magics like Bang will give the party somewhat of an upper hand.
